I've seen live maps on some servers that show where different city's and towns are. Do you think we should have that here?

That could be a good idea, I can't think of anything wrong with it only you may need to find a good Cartographer or Map Generator to do this and alot of them are outdated.

Well, theres also that new map feature coming, but that's nit for awile.

We'll wait for the map feature in 1.6. Give Notch 2 weeks.
